(October 19, 2023) – Anton Druzhinin, Director General of Metran Industrial Group, Chelyabinsk, and Yulia Bozhko, Quality Service Head, received the laureate award in the field of quality at the Government Award solemn ceremony in Moscow. The awards were presented by Denis Manturov Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Industry and Trade. The Government's Quality Award is given to companies for achieving significant results in the field of product and service quality, ensuring their safety along with implementation of highly effective quality management methods.
Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works PJSC also became the winner of the Award in the category of organizations with more than 1,000 employees. Both Chelyabinsk oblast enterprises scored the highest number of points in their categories.

Awards of the Russian Federation Government in the field of quality were established by Government Decree No. 423 of April 12, 1996 in order to stimulate product quality and services improvement, to promote effective quality management methods implementation.
