A delegation from the Chelyabinsk region has completed a business mission to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
On 19-24 November the companies of the Chelyabinsk region held B2B business meetings in Riyadh.
On the first day of the mission a round table "Prospects of trade and economic cooperation of the Chelyabinsk region with partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" was held. Participants included representatives of the Chelyabinsk region authorities, the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mansour Al-Ajmi, Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and business representatives from Saudi Arabia and the Chelyabinsk region.
At the meeting, the companies presented their opportunities and promising areas of cooperation with Saudi Arabia. Special attention was paid to the promotion of products on the local market and the development of business relations.
PG Metran JSC actively participated in the business mission and presented its innovative solutions in the field of pressure sensors, temperature transducers and other devices. The Metran delegation gave technical presentations to representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Energy. The presentations included an overview of the company's technical potential and the possibility of technology transfer for the production of equipment.
