Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh (16 September, 2024) - Metran Group and Muscat Gas signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Collaboration to ensure industrial safety and innovation in gas industry automation processes in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The memorandum reflects the mutual interest of the companies in supplying Metran-branded high-tech products to industrial companies in the region. Both partners see significant opportunities to improve the quality and reliability of production solutions to meet the needs of the Gulf market.
The parties seek long-term cooperation and plan to study the prospects of joint promotion of Metran Group products and their localization in the region, as well as to pay attention to the analysis of technological and market trends. Important areas of cooperation will be the organization of certification and licensing of products in accordance with regional requirements, as well as assistance in the implementation of innovative projects, including joint development and cooperation between production, commercial and service divisions of the companies.
