Purchaser of technology is entitled to manufacture high-tech pressure transmitters under their own brand name, also purchaser is entitled to distribute the products in a specific territory.
Form of technology transfer:
•One-time packaged supply of equipment to setup a manufacturing site,
•Provision of operating charts,
•Continuous supply of components for pressure transducers,
•Manufacturing site commissioning, personnel training, and ongoing support services
Purchaser of technology shall independently carry out the following:
•Product sales and provision of customer service interface.
•Advertising and promotion of products in the market country based on the Supplier materials
•Appropriate product certification in the market country
