The metrology bench is used as a ready-made separate workplace or as part of metrological laboratories, and is used for verification, calibration of gas analyzers and gas analytical systems.
The choice of the test bench configuration is made in accordance with individual requirements for the degree of automation, taking into account the features of the park of verified transmitters.
The operation of reference generators of gas mixtures is controlled and monitored, the dilution and flow coefficient is calculated in the automated mode of operation of the metrological test bench. Generators reproduce a binary gas mixture by diluting the original pure gases or gas mixtures with a diluent gas (nitrogen, air or other gas).
