Main production facilities
Pressure transmitters manufacturing line
The production capacity is 10,000 transmitters per month. Most of the equipment is designed specifically for the design of devices, for example, partition liquid filling stations, induction soldering, characterization.

Temperature transmitters manufacturing line
The production capacity is 9000 pcs. per month. Our unique equipment includes pressure testing benches up to 100 MPa, a laser welding unit, and a station for instrument testing at temperatures from –60 to +1600 °C. All lines are built according to the Lean system.
Flowmeters manufacturing line
The production capacity is 500 pcs. per month. All manufactured instruments are verified and calibrated using a new automated calibration rig opened in 2016, which has the status of a secondary standard.
Metrological equipment and test benches manufacturing line
We offer off-the-shelf solutions for the creation of new and upgrading of existing metrological laboratories of industrial enterprises, training test benches and sets of equipment for educational institutions and advanced training centers. .

New product R&D based on the modern laboratory of the engineering center
Metran's laboratories allow the creation of small and prototype circuit board assemblies, debug and test working layouts and test software using high precision instrumentation.
Machining facilities for production of measuring instrument parts
Metran's lathes and milling machines are used to produce components and spare parts for the equipment manufactured, such as protective tubes and sleeves for temperature transmitters, welded and machined with various fixing methods.
Modern manufacturing infrastructure
The vertical storage system optimises and saves storage space. Each part is accurately labelled and digitally recorded. The use of such modern practices at Metran enables the use of newly available space and resources for the introduction and development of new production lines and products.
Digital quality control tools
Machine vision
Metran eliminates the human factor from the final inspection and packaging process. The implemented automated systems with special cameras detect the presence or absence of parts on the transmitter according to the options ordered, the location of the transmitter and the availability of components in the box.
Integrated enterprise management technology
The integrated management centre consolidates information from automated plant management systems, including the boiler room, and controls and manages all corporate utilities.
